Founded in 1999, China King Engineering Limited is a Hong Kong–registered engineering company specialising in building maintenance access systems for high-rise developments. The company was originally established with a focus on rental and temporary access solutions and began expanding into permanent Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) systems in the early 2000s, at a time when such systems were still emerging in the local market.
Over more than 20 years of industry experience, China King has developed strong technical expertise in the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and long-term maintenance of permanent BMU systems, temporary gondola systems, and other high-rise access solutions. The company is well positioned to support complex and non-standard project requirements across different site conditions and building types.
